Pre-paid packages & certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. All appointments must be redeemed during the same pregnancy. There will be no refund or credit given for any outstanding appointments that are not completed by 35 weeks of pregnancy.

We strongly recommend you schedule all appointments before 35 weeks, in the event that you deliver early. No delivery exceptions for refunds will be made at 35 weeks+. A $35 processing fee will be charged on any approved refunds.

Cancellation/reschedule policies & no-show fees still apply to pre-paid appointments.
